Development overview
British Offsite has been appointed to deliver the UNisystemSFS light gauge steel system for Bracknell Beeches, a major build-to-rent residential development in partnership with Weston Partnerships and Royal London Asset Management. The scheme represents a £3m contract within a wider £130m GDV project, delivering 277 new apartments across four blocks, rising between six and sixteen storeys.
The development is being constructed using the UNisystemSFS system, with installation currently in progress. The offsite-manufactured panels are designed to provide programme certainty, accelerate envelope completion, and reduce on-site labour, while ensuring consistent build quality across this scheme.
By consolidating multiple trades into a single offsite-manufactured solution, British Offsite’s approach supports faster build-to-rent delivery, reduces material waste, and improves health and safety — enabling a high-quality, sustainable outcome that meets the demands of residents, operators, and investors.
Superstructures – £4.27m
UNisystemSFS designed for use in buildings of over six storeys and up to any finished height.
BOSFitout – £520,000
British Offsite supplied fitout solutions for Bracknell Beeches, including pre-plumbed vanity units, showers, baths, and tiles, as well as quartz kitchens with CNC-machined worktops, sinks, hobs, taps, and integrated water systems.
