UNI Panel is an external LGS framed closed panel system. Manufactured offsite incorporating internal and external insulation, vapour control layer, sheathing board, façade support system, permanent slab edge formwork head channel, windows, doors and vent apertures.
Precision offsite manufacturing consolidating five trades in one panel reducing delivery delays, reducing site skills shortages, reducing site storage constraints, reducing site waste and health and safety risk reduction. Resulting quicker dry envelopes, earlier handovers and improved cashflow.
HIGH QUALITY HOMES
UNI Wall is an internal compartmentalisation LGS panel system. Manufactured Offsite incorporating internal insulation, sheathing boards, deflection head track, firestopping, MEP provision and entrance door openings with security mesh.
Precision offsite manufacturing providing the fastest possible compartmentalisation of floors enabling quicker fitouts, earlier customer viewings and quicker sales.
ADAPTABLE TO ANY SCALE
UNI Floor is a light gauge steel floor cassette system for use in housing and mid-rise applications. The cassettes use fully glued tongued and grooved board to deliver a quality end finish.
FULLY DRESSED
Light gauge steel trusses and gable ends. Deliverable as steel kits, assembled trusses, or semi to full dressed roof module.

You can use UNI Panel LB, UNI Wall LB, UNI Floor LB and UNI Roof LB in combination, to make a full UNI House, exactly matching your architectural vision.
Our kitchen worktops, bathroom vanity units and wardrobe systems are manufactured with exceptional accuracy. Components such as taps can be assembled with full quality control testing before they are delivered to your site.
